If your installed version does not show AI data sharing or account deletion controls, contact info@humance.io for help or a data request.

Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened. Include your device model, iOS version and Humance version if available. A screenshot can help, with any private information removed.

For a project or payment question, include the project name and any transaction reference or receipt you have. Please keep passwords, verification codes and full payment-card details out of your message.

To manage AI data sharing, open your profile menu and select AI data sharing. Turning it off stops new AI requests from that app account on that device. It does not delete information already sent.

Read the Privacy Policy for details about information used by Humance and its service providers.

Open your profile menu, select Delete account, and confirm. This closes your account and removes profile, account-linked AI history and personal story-viewing records from the active account systems. Financial and certain other records remain as explained in the Privacy Policy.

If you cannot sign in, or deletion does not complete, email info@humance.io with the email address or phone number associated with your account. We may need to verify that the account is yours.
